CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours of your appointment a new deposit will need to be sent. I charge 100% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Deposit is non-refundable. A 10 minute grace period will apply the day of your appointment. After 10 minutes appointment and you are not in my chair physically, you will be cancelled and will be considered a no show and charged the 100% cancellation fee. If I’m able to still take your appointment after 10 minutes a late fee of $15 will be added to your total. No call/ no show are banned from booking with me.
